As I travel through the night,

Protect me with a cloak of heaven's shining might,

Moon's floating light,

 Fire's passionate flare,

 Ocean's swirling depth,

Earth's grounding patience,

Wind's soaring wildness,

Owl's piercing eyesight. (Icelandic prayer).
