FREEDOM FROM FEAR.
1. The Origin of Fear ( Psalm 56:3). After the first sin, the original parents ran from the paradise of Eden to go into hiding. Adam told God:"I was afraid". When one becomes a fugitive from God, he always runs from himself and from reality. We know that fear will rust the machinery of life, but we are glad that trust will make the machinary of life operate efficiently.
2. Freedom from the Fear of Wasting Our Lives (56:8) May our prayer investements make it easier for those in our paryer-hearts to say "Yes" to You and harder to say "No" to You.
3. Freedom from the Fear of Actions of People ( 56:11) May we have a holy nonchalance that enables us to give praise to You, though we are surrounded by people who are enemies to You.
4. Freedom from the Fear of Adversities ( 57:1) Your protection gives our souls that set of sail that enables us to use adversities as advantages.
5. Freedom form the Fear of Dangers Both Seen and Unseen ( 57:4) No matter what happens we are in the same place - in the hands of the living God. We are in safe hands when we are in Your hands.
6. Freedom from the Fear of Being a Failure in Life ( 57:7) Our highest joy is in fulfilling Your purpose. May we keep our hearts fixed on things above, so there will be no fear of failure.
7. Freedom from the Fear of Divine Judgment ( 58:11) May we keep the candid - camera record of our lives so harmonious with Your will that we can face it without fear or embarrassment in the final day
