Deuteronom a vorbit despre un profet mai mare decât Moise.
Isaia 7:14 „Fecioara va rămâne însărcinată și va naște un fiu”

Daniel 9:24 prezice că Mesia va apărea după o anumită perioadă de timp după regele Artaxerxes I.
