Calea lungă a Bibliei, de la Geneză la Evanghelie, este lucrarea lui Dumnezeu.
Trecerea de la „Nu mânca” din Geneza 2:16 la „Luați, mâncați” din Matei 26:26, reflectă o trecere de la o poruncă literală din Vechiul Testament, la un act simbolic și spiritual de credință în Noul Testament.
În Ioan 6:53, Iisus afirmă că dacă oamenii nu mănâncă trupul Lui și nu beau sângele Lui, ei nu au viață în ei înșiși, un act simbolic care semnifică credința și hrana spirituală.

„Frânge-ți Pâinea Vieții, Dragă Doamne,
Cum ai frânt pâinile lângă mare;
Dincolo de pagina sacrǎ Te caut, Doamne.
Duhul meu suspină după Tine, Cuvânt viu.
Tu ești pâinea vieții, pentru mine, pentru mine,
Cuvântul, Adevărul care mă mântuiește.
Dă-mi să mănânc și să trăiesc cu Tine sus,
Învață-mă să iubesc Adevărul, căci Tu ești iubire.
O, trimite Duhul Tău, Doamne, acum asupra mea,
ca să-mi atingă ochii și să mă facă să văd.
Arată-mi adevărul ascuns în Cuvântul tău,

The Last Supper.
The long way of the Bible, from the Genesis to the Gospel is the work of God.
The transition from "Don't eat" in Genesis 2:16 to "Take, eat" in Matthew 26:26, reflects a shift from a literal command in the Old Testament, to a symbolic and spiritual act of faith in the New Testament.
In John 6:53 Jesus states that unless people eat his flesh and drink his blood, they have no life in themselves, a symbolic act signifying faith and spiritual nourishment.

"Break You the Bread of Life, Dear Lord to me,
As You did break the loaves beside the sea;
Beyond the sacred page I seek You, Lord.
My spirit pants for You, O living Word.
You are the bread of life, to me, to me,
The Word, the Truth that saves me.
Give me to eat and live with You above,
teach me to love the Truth, for You are love.
Oh, send Your Spirit, Lord, now onto me,
that He may touch my eyes and make me see.
Show me the truth concealed within your Word,
