USE FEAR TO YOUR ADVANTAGE.

Fear of the dark starts at about 3 years of age, the time when a child's brain develops imagination. Children are briliant at coming up with really scary scenarios. If you have a fear, try coming up with a bigger fear.  If you're anxious about going to the gym, then imagine the possible health problems that could arise from not going.Try it and see. Confront your fears in an attempt to overcome them and stop living in a state of constant terror.

STEPS: identify fear; challange fear by doing what you fear; take deep breaths; don't freak out.

"Monsters are real, and gosts are real too. They live inside us, and sometimes, they win" (Stephen King)
