If you find yourself being something of a worry-bucket,

try saving all your worries up for Friday afternoon. By the time it comes along, you will probably have forgotten what half of your worries were about and the other half will have sorted out, all by themselves.

Book a half-day off and do squidly-diddly. Go out for a tea or coffee. Wander round town or go for a country walk. Or spend a half-day in bed. Avoid using your phone of computer; eat or sleep when you want. Let the sheer joy of taking time out bring you a sense of calm.
