If you get good- quality sleep you'll find it's a whole lot easier to keep calm during your daily life.

There is a crucial  link between what you eat and the quality of your sleep, so avoid eating heavy meals late at night, as this will activate your digestion and keep you awake.

Spicy and gas forming food can also contribute to poor sleep quality and even insomnia. However, did you know that low blood sugar, through lack of food, can also cause insomnia? The best option is to eat your evening meal early, followed by a light snack before bed, if you're feeling peckish.
