The same event could happen to you or to me, but it is our individual mind-set that determine how we respond .

IMPROVE YOUR GI INTAKE. 

The Glycemic Index (GI) is a measure of the effects of carbs on your blood glucose level and carb intake has marked influence on your mood. Carbs that break down rapidly during digestion, releasing glucose quickly into your bloodstream, have a high GI (for example, chocolate).  Those that break down slowly, releasing glucose gradually into your bloodstream, have a low GI and give you more energy, so have a calming effect on your system.

So today, begin to include more fruit and vegetables in your diet. In addition, include grainy breads, pasta, legumes and pulses, milk and food low in carbohydrates such as fish, eggs, meat, nuts and oils.
