Tips for better health:

- Eat wholegrain cereals for breakfast;

- Add a piece of fruit or vegetables as a snack during the day;

- Swap sugar-sweetened beverages for water;

- Drink more water - use a 1-litre water bottle as a guide;

- Increase your incidental physical activity by taking the stairs or parking the car farther way from your destination;

-  Choose wholegrain  bread instead of white bread;

- Have a salad with lean meat and brown rice, couscous or quinoa for lunch or dinner;

- Share a desert rather than have your own;

-  Use a smaller dinner plate;

- Swap full cream milk for low-fat milk.
