THE MARKS OF SAINTHOOD.

1.  Dependence on the Lord (Psalm 142:1).  May we live in the "safety zone" of life, so that no matter what happens we'll be in good hands- Your dependable hands.

2. Total confidence in the Lord (142:3).  We trust You implicitly, and as soon as Your will is clear may there be no hesitation in accepting and following it.

3.  Giving praises to the Lord (142:7).  May we master the secret of having such a spirit of praise, so that everything inside us wells up in  gratitude to You.

4.  Hunger and thirst for the Lord (143:6).  May we keep tuned in on Your divine wavelength, so we can draw on Your rsources, and keep the deep thirsts of our hearts satisfied.

5.  Guided by the Lord (143:8).  May we keep sensitive to Your guidance, so we can keep pace with Your timetable for our lives. Then we will finish our course, and feel at home in Your holy presence.

6.  Walk uprightly before the Lord ( 143:10) We rejoice that we can be upheld by Your grace, so we can have an upward thrust that keeps us in orbit in Your will.

7.  Servant of the Lord (143:12).  May the marks of sainthood be incorporated in our lives, so we can present to You the fruit of a totally surrendered life.
