THE SOUNDS OF WORSHIP - continuation

1. The sound of worship will have the sound of service (Psalm 100:2).  May we make our post of duty a place of beauty by saturating it with the glory that comes from an intimate contact with You.

2. The sound of assurance (100:3).  We are overwhelmed when we realize that You have made yourself so available that we can say :"It is no longer I, but Christ who lives in me".

3. The sound of divine ownership (100:3).  We know no higher honor than being claimed by You. May we always have an acute awareness of being You property.

4. The sound of thanksgiving (100:4). May we keep our cup of kineness overflowing. This will make us radiant and glowing and scatter happiness to others.

5.  The sound of the Lord's providence (100:5). We thank You that we can split the clouds in two and see Your face shining through when we steadfastly affirm that You are good and Your mercy endures forever.

6.  The sound of practical living (101:2). May any gaps that we have be closed, and help us to be Christlike, regardless of where we are, what we are doing, and whom we may be with.

7. The sound of intercession (102:1,4).  As worship moves through the gamut of our emotions ranging from ecstasy to agony, may we learn the art of developing all of its facets.
