LIVING ON THE BRIGHT SIDE.

1. If We Follow His Light and Truth ( Psalm 43:3) May we master the art of seeing the bright side of every situation, of being on the bright side of every problem, and of fleeing to the bright side of every cloud.

2. If We Live in the Light of His Countenance (44:3) Without Your light we dwell in darkness, without Your truth we dwell in ignorance, and without Your love we dwell in futility.

3. When We Are Anointed with the Oil of Gladness (45:7) May we keep an invisible supply line of the oil of gladness conneccted with You, that we may have the lubrication equal to the wear and tear of everyday life.

4. When We Have a Glorious Future to Anticipate (46:4) As You have prepared a holy place for us to inhbit, may we maintain a holy love and fellowship with You, so we will feel at home in Your presence.

5. When We Recognize That the Lord Is King over the Earth (47:1) We see Your fingerprints on everything in our world, telling us that the label on all good and perfect gifts is "Made be God".

6. If the Dread of Death Is Removed (48:14) Help us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom; and master the art of living, so we can welcome death without a dread.

7. If We Have the Assurance That the Lord Will Receive Us After Death ( 49:15) May we keep confirmed our reservations to live with You in Your promised land, so that You will receive us into the next world.
