ESCAPE FROM THE WORDLESS PRISON. DEDICATION TO JAMES FOLEY, JOURNALIST.

 For all those  whose  tongues are in manacles, 

whose pens are suffering from a drought of ink, let us pray.

No virtuous thought may be imprisoned for ever.

As a dove flies out through prison bars, our beautiful words, roosting in their cage,

will soon fly out and flock around the heads of tyrants, masking their sun. (Modern prayer, Africa).
